PartnerYaniv Dekel is a partner at our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department with expertise in complex civil and commercial litigation, appearing and conducting cases at all legal instances, including the supreme court and arbitration proceedings.
Yaniv possesses extensive experience in representing large companies and individual business persons on business disputes and civil conflicts, alongside representation on litigation in the fields of real estate and ownership, including related to urban regeneration.
Yaniv is an expert litigator, specialised in contractual disputes, shareholder and joint ownership conflicts, business control contention in corporate law, and various aspects of business and commercial law.
During his studies he served as teaching assistant to Dr. Lea Pesserman Jozefus in the Securities Law course for first- and second-degree studies at the Bar Ilan University, and as teaching assistant to Dr. Avi Bel in the Administrative Law course at Bar Ilan University.
Yaniv was recognized by The LEGAL 500 international ranking guide that recommended his achievements in Dispute Resolution – Local Litigation and Arbitration.
