Dana Battat
PartnerDana Battat is a partner at our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department; she handles complex litigation cases conducted in courts, as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings, in all areas of civil and commercial law.
Dana provides the firm’s clients with legal advice on their day-to-day business operations, and represents them, inter alia, in shareholder and corporate control conflicts, derivative, deprivation removal, intellectual property and copyright claims, and complex real estate disputes.
Dana co-heads the firm’s intern recruitment and training programme.
Dana was recognized by ‘The LEGAL 500’ international ranking guide that recommended her work in the field of Dispute Resolution – Local Litigation and Arbitrations.
In 2021, Dana was appointed to serve as a judge on the Basketball Association Supreme Court.
