The Law and Tech Department of our firm is experienced in legal advice on topics of technological regulation. Including, among others, advice about development, assimilation and use of artificial intelligence (AI) systems, and advice on the use of Open Source, including advice regarding risk management in this context. Among other things, our team is experienced in the context of action according to the relevant license, advice regarding agreements for development of software, advice on cloud agreements, accompaniment and advice re assimilation of new computer systems or transfer from one system to another, accompaniment and advice in all aspects of law and technology which arise in connection with technological agreements. We also advice regarding monetization of content in digital platforms.
Among our customers in the area of technological regulation there are software giants, suppliers of cellular and telecommunications, of TV broadcasts, radio and internet, government ministries, technological start-ups, and large organizations in retail, insurance, finance and transportation.
The lawyers of the Law and Tech Department is especially prominent due to the background of the lawyers in the Department, which includes both specific academic and technological background. The team includes a doctoral student, PhD candidate, in the area of law and ethics in Artificial Intelligence; a graduate of MA in NYU with clinical and research experience in AI, and graduate of special computer unit in the IDF.
