The Capital Markets team represents corporations and officers on Israel Securities Authority administrative enforcement proceedings from elucidation to formulating pleadings and representation before the administrative enforcement committee.
The team’s extensive experience in enforcement and securities laws allows the department team to accompany clients in constructing internal enforcement programs, compiling and effectively applying procedures, and in representation on examination or auditing procedures before the Israel Securities Authority.
The team has been successfully serving the firm’s clients, including reporting corporations, hedge funds, banks and officials.
