Following several months of intensive negotiations, a landmark transaction has been signed under which, subject to the fulfilment of closing conditions, BUYME’s controlling shareholder, Iplanet (held by the Talclal/Telemesser Group, owned by the Shachar and Kez families, Yoav Ben-Yakar, Uzi Mor and Barak Kana, together with Isracard), will sell its entire holdings to The Phoenix, based on a company valuation of NIS 840 million.

The transaction was led by our partner, Adv. Assaf Lapid, who represented BUYME’s shareholders, together with partners from our Corporate Law Department, Adv. Sariel Cohen and Adv. Katia Grossman-Shilian.
