AYR’s Law & Technology Department recently held a SaaS workshop for in-house counsel at the Microsoft Campus, in collaboration with Microsoft and ACC Israel, bringing together legal professionals from leading companies to discuss the practical implications of AI and cloud technologies for legal teams.

The session focused on some of the key issues facing legal departments today, including legal responsibility in AI-driven environments, risk management in SaaS engagements, the gap between contractual arrangements and business realities, and practical ways to incorporate AI tools into legal operations.

As AI continues to transform organisations, the role of in-house counsel in navigating legal, regulatory and commercial challenges has never been more central.
