PRACTICE AREAS Capital Markets and Securities
Our Capital Markets and Securities Department provides legal advice, accompaniment and representation of public and private companies, their boards of directors, committees and office holders and of underwriters and investment houses, financial institutions and credit rating companies, on all matters pertaining to securities and corporate laws and capital markets regulation and their related fields.
The team provides regular assistance and advice, including representation before financial regulators; provision of legal opinions on regulatory matters; representation before the Israel Securities Authority on administrative proceedings; representation on regulatory proceedings; drafting of internal enforcement programs including their effective application; compiling internal work procedures for public companies, investment houses and financial institutions.
