We held a unique webinar on the use of AI tools for marketing purposes, attended by marketing teams and legal counsel, and led by Adv. Dorit Beller De-Beer and Adv. Shir Shoshany-Katz from our Law & Tech Department.
These AI tools can save organisations significant resources but may also create legal exposure. The webinar was initiated after identifying the need to strengthen collaboration between marketing and legal teams to maximise marketing impact while minimising legal risks.
During the webinar, Barkan Hofman, Digital Client Manager at Unik Communications, presented examples of AI-generated marketing outputs, and our legal team mapped the legal risks involved, particularly relating to intellectual property and privacy.
