We were honoured to lead the Labour Law session at the annual HRus Human Resources Conference, held at the Kfar Maccabiah Convention Centre and attended by approximately 800 senior professionals in the HR sector.

• Dana Amir-Fried, Partner in the Class Actions Department – on exposures, risks and protections relating to employee class actions;

• Shani Marom, Partner in the Labour Law Department – on non-compete and trade secret issues, including permitted vs. prohibited practices and emerging trends;

• Shir Shoshany-Katz, Partner in the Law & Tech Department – on legal challenges in human capital management, including the use of AI tools and balancing organisational needs with privacy protection.
