לעומר ניסיון עשיר בליטיגציה אזרחית ומסחרית, לרבות ייצוג עיריות, מועצות מקומיות ורשות מקרקעי ישראל, בהליכים משפטיים שונים ומגוונים בכל הערכאות. בנוסף, לעומר ניסיון רב בהבראת חברות, פירוקים, הקפאת הליכים, כינוס נכסים, טיפול בהליכי פשיטת רגל, שעבודים ובטוחות.
עומר משמש כאחד מהמפרקים של חברת צ. לנדאו בע"מ וטיפל במהלך השנים בתיקי כינוס נכסים ונדל"ן של חברת השלמת ההון העצמי "מניף שירותים פיננסיים בע"מ".
בנוסף, עומר סא"ל במיל' ומשמש כיועץ המשפטי במילואים של מנהלת המגורים של צה"ל, הפועלת לשימור המרכיב האיכותי של משרתי הקבע באמצעות הקמת פרויקטי מגורים בכל רחבי הארץ.
עומר זכה להכרה ע"י מדריך הדירוג הבינלאומי ‘The LEGAL 500’ אשר המליץ על עבודתו בתחומי נדל"ן ובנייה, והתחדשות עירונית.
השכלה:
תואר שני במשפטים מאוניברסיטת בר-אילן (LL.M., 2008).
תואר ראשון במשפטים מאוניברסיטת חיפה (LL.B., 1996).

חבר בלשכת עורכי הדין משנת 1997.
