PartnerEyal Roy Sage is one of the firm’s founding partners and heads our Law and Technology practice which concentrates in data protection and security, telecommunications and media, and intellectual property competition in a technological context.
For the last 30 years, Eyal’s practice concentrated in the intersection of technology and law. He draws on his technical background to provide practical commercial and regulatory advice, helping bridge the gap between often outdated laws and modern technology.
He provides regulatory, legislative, commercial and contentious advice to local and international companies, including in highly-regulated markets.
Eyal’s clients include industry leaders in the technology, banking, insurance, financial services and telecommunications and media sectors.
Eyal regularly advises on Israeli law for foreign companies and is experienced in bilingual handling of litigation cases of foreign companies that are plaintiffs or defendants in Israel.
He is a regular speaker at conferences, webinars and courses on privacy and information security.
