Shir provides legal advice in the law and tech fields, mainly on data privacy and data security issues; data processing; cyber security; the development, implementation and use of artificial intelligence (AI) systems; internet and technology law and intellectual property.
Shir accompanies a wide range of leading companies from a variety of sectors, including high-tech and technology, finances, insurance, banking, telecommunication, real estate, industry, etc.
Prior to her position in AYR, Shir worked for the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.
Shir graduated from the Data Protection Officer (DPO) Programme at Tel Aviv University.
Shir was recognized by ‘The LEGAL 500’ international ranking guide, that recommended her work in the field of Telecommunications and Media.
