The team represents some of the largest and best known companies in the field of urban renewal, as well as apartment owners and representations of cooperative houses in clearance and improvement, and NOP 38 projects.

Our firm's urban renewal team is experienced in the provision of assistance to developers, home owners and representations of cooperative houses, in all stages of urban renewal transactions, including: Formulation of the initial offers, choosing contractors / developers, negotiations for the entry into urban renewal agreements, assisting clients throughout the transaction including contracts with advisers, lending banks, the taxation office and the planning authorities, up until the stage of delivery of the apartments and amendment of registration at the Land Titles Registration Office.
The team handles a wide variety of clients, from the largest real estate companies in the country through medium-sized and small developers, to apartment owners wishing to enter into an urban renewal agreement in the building they live in.
